Very limited app that is in addition buggy at best

I used to love this app and have had it for years to help sort out floor plans but they completely changed everything with one of their recent updates and now i hate it. will never use it again
United StatesUpdate prevents openning old designs
The 7.3 update will not open my previous design files. The message says 'House Design cannot open files in the “House Design Document.app Document” format'. I''ve sent two messages to the developer but have heard nothing back. If you have existing designs do not update to 7.3.
