Pretty! but buggy, and both the app and dev are unresponsive
Performance: when dragging around sliders, Color UI will only update at around 0.5–2 FPS! This is not that computationally intensive a task, and it feels really unpleasant. Bugs: The app will straight-up provide incorrect information. If you adjust the brightness or saturation, for example, the hex value will often be a completely different color. Additionally, I spent over an hour writing a detailed bug report, which I sent the developer nine months ago. I followed up six months later, since I hadn't heard anything. I still haven't heard anything, and despite having received multiple updates in that time, none of the issues I reported have been resolved. This could be a nifty little app, but for now, I'd recommend steering clear.

This app helps me match colors from photos for my art work. It has a nice range of helpful information included with each color pick. It saves me from having to look at my color wheel when I want information about the color choosen. I find it very useful although it could also be used to match colors when you need them for an online project with the information that is gives. I like it. I am also interested in saving the color palettes if there were a way. Something for a future version maybe?

Great for when I quickly need a HEX color translated into RGBA for CSS or UIColor for Xcode. If I can suggest a new feature, I’d love to see it be able to save/load Color Palettes stored in the Apple Color Picker.

No eyedropper to choose colors. No back button. If you click on any color in the palettes on the right there’s no way to go back to the previous color. Nice design but lacks in basic, critical functionality.
