Game Closes
Technical support is nonexistent. Not only did I never receive the crystals I purchased in the game (I have receipts for every purchase) even though I sent multiple requests, but the games has been closing 5 seconds after I open it since 09/27/2021. I have sent multiple requests for the problem to be fixed and multiple reports have been sent to Apple. Nothing has been done about either issue. Joybits is a Russian-owned company, and you would think they would do a better job of technical support! I really enjoyed playing the game, but now I am totally disgusted by the lack of response from Joybits and Apple!

The game itself is fine. What is NOT fine is that the first and only time I attempted to make an in-app purchase to buy a Crystal Tree that you have no choice but buy with real world money or you cannot complete one of the in-game quests (or, it now seems, unlock several of the later quests), the game stole my money! The transaction went through, money was deducted from mu iTunes account, but I got an error message from the game that said purchase failed due to "invalid receipt” and I did not get the tree I paid for. I contacted support and have heard nothing back for over a week now. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will update this review if and when JoyBits ever corrects the problem, but I cannot recoment dowloading the game based on this, and if you do, never make any in-app purchases. Edit to add: the game also has a bad habit of crashing at launch. Update: After hearing nothing back from JoyBits support for several weeks, I requested and received a refund through Apple. This game is a scam and the company is incompetent at best, actively malicious thieves at worst. Update 2: After roughly a month support did get back to me, and provided me with 30 days of access to the Crystan Tree (I had initially bought 7 days) as an apology for their failure, which I do appreciate.

From the start this game was zoomed into the bottom left hand corner of the screen. There was no apparent way to zoom out or even move. Also, the support website was no help.
