Played here after since I had money stuck and the best this poor excuse for a casino could do was break even every once in a while. Usually just took everything I got. Guess they don’t like negative reviews, but that’s on you. Make your casino better and people won’t leave bad reviews all the time. Everybody loses but not like they do here…….

Tried customer service again and conveniently there system is down. This is called theft. I will be reposting you for this. What a horrible, horrible place. Finally got someone and we have to wait for the developers response. How can someone take your money to play a game on their site and then not be responsible when something goes wrong? What a cop out to save some money. Absolutely pathetic. Won’t be to much longer before your shut down crooks.

I don’t know where to start! App consistently freezes while I’m playing . Tonight I played and the app froze or kicked me out out over 12 times. These are the following error messages I received.. session expired , something went wrong and / orGeolocation issues. Payout on the apps is just as horrible if not worst as when playing in person at the casino . It doesn’t matter what amount you bet. Sickening.

from the app freezing in the middle of playing to the fact I deposited $200 on sign up so had $400 to play and literally went thru EVERY game and wouldnt win and the times I did it was paying me .90 on me betting .80 and that was few and far in between. Customer service was no help when a live casino game didnt pay me even though the game history shows I should've been paid. Their system first paid me for my live bet then immedietely took it back with zero explanation. Seems super suspect and I have NEVER gone through a new player casino bonus and not won more than what I deposited. I barely walked with $50 and the withdrawal options are so behind every other casino...stear WAY clear of this rigged casino!

This app is terrible and just about every single way imaginable. My main issue being the cashier withdrawal options. This is the only app I’ve ever heard of or seen that you cannot get your withdrawal back to the original payment method within 48 hours+. I don’t how or why something digital takes such a long time to process. There has to be some sort of instant withdrawal option, even if you must charge a fee, which would be ridiculous. People would greatly appreciate it and most likely pay the fee, even if they think it’s ridiculous too. But when it comes to taking my money and depositing it onto the app, it has no problem taking whatsoever. I shouldn’t have to sign up for The game play constantly, either lags or freezes and boot you off or gives you an error message, during the middle of the game. When you return to the same game, you may or may not have you wager back or resume playing the hand. Or your wager will just be a automatic loss on the wager that you just placed but couldn’t finish because The game froze and kicked you out. Seems to happen way too often and is very frustrating to not be able to play or at least see what happend to your wager. Customer service is definitely a hit or miss which I’ve had to. Unfortunately, be in contact with for trying to make a simple withdrawal That’s not 2 to 5 business days. They were very little to no help with trying to figure out the multitude of issues I experienced in the few days I’ve downloaded the app. The only thing that wasn’t really bad was the actual gameplay when it didn’t freeze or randomly check my location and tell me in 3 states away or just booting you out of games out of no where, usually on the middle of bonus spins or a double down coincidentally enough. please save your time and money and do not run away this app because you will end up frustrated one way or another.
