Customer Support is horrible
Customer support is horrendous. Every time I have had an issue the support is slow or no response at all. They ask the same questions over and over making it seem like they can’t comprehend what is being said. The company is based in Europe so there is not much recourse other than to not play. The creators of the game should invest back into it like they care.

I keep forgetting to write review! Anywho, sense 2018, this game has been fun but it needs more updates! I can give ideas! Like for example, water skills!! Like the category where thunderstorm is should be tsunami! For basics, maybe water ball? A trap should be water blast! :3 What abt a free skin event that’s only up for 35 hrs?! Maybe add pets! This game will be more fun if those updates happened! Also, one last thing! Maybe a new prem with a skin that only cost 50 gems? Bronze prem??
