It keeps crashing right after it shows Mariana body on episode 2

I wasted 15 bucks just for this not to work. Then i tried purchasing episode 2 for 5 bucks, and it still didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do. :(

It’s a great game and all but what’s the point of purchasing the rest of the episodes if I can’t play the episode. Mind as well refund me my money if it doesn’t get fixed.

I can’t restore my earlier purchases from 3 years ago. I had downloaded the game, bought the pack, and deleted it. Now I redownloaded it, but I can’t restore my purchases! LCG, Skybound, Telltale, the random intern reading this right now, anyone, please help me!
