You’d think that they would be able to figure out and fix a crash that forces you to download 3g of data to reinstall the entire game weekly.

Hi, I want to ask if there is an update or some sort of advice I can be given, I can’t login into save my game and it won’t go further than the loading screen. I have a lv29 world with no friends and it won’t let me login to it. I tried connecting my account to EA games so my progress wouldn’t be lost but something happened. My game refused to let me go in my world or even access it. (I also won’t to note i did not connect my account to EA until later on so it’s possible it may have lost my progress or deleted it but anyways) when I got my account ready and registered it made things worse much worse, I tried turn off my device, resetting my device, redownloading and reinstalled again but I could only access it by deleting the app and redownloading it. (I don’t like having to it every time to access my world cause it takes like ten minutes and then I can’t access it again.) But I don’t want to give up on this game I really want to continue but I just can’t, “like literally I can’t the game won’t let me. So if any admins are reading this please help me and thank you for listening if you did”

每次打开游戏，下载好约3gb的数据包能正常进游戏，并且只要不退游戏，玩多久都不会存在网任何问题，一旦退出游戏程序，就再也进不去了。我测试了很多次，想要退出后再次玩这个游戏，就必须把整个游戏卸载重新安装，重新下载3gb的数据包才能进游戏。希望能尽快解决这个问题。我测试的不光是我的iPhone存在这个问题，我的iPad也是同样的这个问题。

I’ve been playing this game since it was released. Over the years there have been a few glitches, and the after they were fixed the game always gave you donuts as compensation. But all the free donuts in the world can’t make up for the issues that the game has been having for the past 3 months. It won’t load, and takes up so much space on my phone. I’ve only completed 2 portions of the current quest because when I exit out of the game it makes me log back in and it never loads. Please issue an update with a patch that fixes all of the current issues, it’s beyond frustrating, and rather insulting to the players that nothing has been done about the issues at this time!

Springfield has gone overboard voting to legalize things. What’s a crime boss to do? Leave it to Fat Tony and his gang to figure it out! Discovering a new money stream, they team up with Homer to flood Springfield with Tomacco. At least yokel farmers will be happy about it.
