The good: Moderators do a great job in monitoring chat, including clan chat. Anything that is amiss is removed and players that are in violation are warned or banned. However, if a clan demands that your child use Discord, beware, it is not monitored. The bad: game is extremely expensive to play if you wish to be competitive. When there is an issue, the developers never admit it! The issue is always on the users. They won't extend for VIP time lost. Considering the ongoing cost of the game I would think they could show some good faith. Matchmaking for games is terrible. It is not uncommon to see one team with a total of 1500 games go against a team that had tens of thousands games experience. The developers match light tank for light tank, medium for medium and heavy for heavy. This usually equates to one sided battles, because they don't factor in experience, win to loss percentage or accuracy, (% of shots that hit a target). Typically, a common theme emerges in game play, with two outcomes: 1) You are on a team that is easily winning a battle. Your entire team ends up where the enemy team spawns (recreates itself) and awaits the spawning of an enemy tank. When a new tank appears it is promptly destroyed. As the winning team there is no satisfaction in this level of play. It's just a slaughter. 2) You are on the losing team, completely overwhelmed by the other team. You have been destroyed somewhere on the battlefield and now you spawn. But the area you spawn at is defined by the software and there are numerous tanks waiting for you. You might get a few shots off but are quick destroyed. You spawn yet again, and again within a few seconds you are destroyed. Repeat this until your team runs out of tanks or time has elasped. No wonder in our clan we constantly had new players join and leave within a few days. Very frustrating for them. And if a parent has put up a pile of money only to have your child hating what they just started, frustrating for you too. Facebook has many examples of these one sided battles. Additionally, you can see a tier 1 light tank in a battle with tier 7 and 8 tanks! One shot to a tier 1 tank and it's gone. If anyone is using this game for youngsters, it could be very frustrating for them and they could very quickly lose interest. Always see complaints in chat regarding this issue. Yes there are clans that can be joined, however, the only way to go to battle with your clan mate is by chance. Not good. Lag has been terrible. Shoot at a tank and a second later it has jumped 30 yards forward. Not sure what is being shot at if anything at all.

EU #2075824 After loving the game for many years, all we asked for was improvements to the matchup algorithm! They have managed to convolute the game, now even gold purchase is not enough to play. The latest version will not even let you exchange gold already purchased into needed tokens? It’s turned the clown tank game into garbage. Not cool to all who have paid your bills.
