Great game
I’m updating my last review. I heard from the developer. They asked me to contact support. I did. For the 3rd time. I’m glad to hear that some of you got your game progress back. I have not. It’s been over 60 days. Nothing. I spent real money on this game. It was my favorite game.

Like Pikibu’s mom I too found my game had been deleted and I lost everything I had earned over months of playing. This wasn’t the first time, the same thing happened to me the last time the game was updated. I was not a happy camper. But now, over a month of going back and forth with the developer everything I lost has been returned to me. My progress was restored. Yay. If not for this issue taking place I would have given 5 stars. It is a fun game to play. One further point. I would suggest to everyone, please get your game id and store it. It might come in handy some day. I wish everyone a happy day.

United StatesAfter a month my issues are finally resolved.
I’ve played this game for quite awhile now. A recent update crashed my game. I was locked out could not get in. I tried to reinstall it. Guess what? It started me all over… I’ve been going back and forth with the developer for well over a month trying to get my progress restored. I was assured it would be resolved quickly. I’ve supplied the information needed in several communications to them. Update: After over a month, most of my progress was restored. I was restored up to right before the game crashed. In addition, they gave me thousands of coins, and 20 of each kind of power-up. I wish it didn’t take a month but I’m grateful to be able to play one of my favorite games again. I’m taking a star off for the inordinate amount of time it took. But if that had not happened it is a 5 star game.

I wrote recently that it appears since the last update I can’t login in to this app. The developer response? Contact us via settings. Pray tell me how this works when I can’t gain access to the app? Am I being dimwitted here to wonder if these reviews actually read?

I’ve already lost all my data on this app about a month agonand now it appears to be happening over again. This is getting old and tho it used to be my most played game and I spent money regularly it’s on the verge of joining junk games. Watch out before you spend a penny on this!

I’ve played this game for quite awhile now. A recent update crashed my game. I was locked out could not get in. I tried to reinstall it. Guess what? I’ve supplied the information needed in several communications for them to put me very close to where I was. I open up the game daily and want to scream because I’m still stuck at the *#^@&%~^ beginning! I’m mad and frustrated that I have been denied all the time, and money I’ve invested over the last couple years and they’re expecting me to make that reinvestment again. This was their issue. Their update that messed up my game. If they cared about the people who play their game, they should correct their mishaps immediately to keep their players happy. I assure you I’m frustrated, far from happy, I want to smash something right now. I want this issue resolved now, I am so sick of this.
