COLLECT TAXES AND GROW YOUR POPULATION A city is a living organism that needs resources in order to develop. Build commercial buildings to ensure that city life remains bustling and that taxes get paid on time. Tried it out for a couple days and it’s not doing it for me. Expensive: The houses and businesses become very expensive. It takes a lot of effort and time to be able to pay the initial building fee when purchasing it and subsequent two upgrading fees, and it doesn’t show you the costs of the upgrades before purchasing the building. Not fun. Just my two cents as someone who is forced to buy buildings that actually cost 10,000 to 15,000 coins after upgrades with only making 1100 coins in my Town Hall and obtaining the rest of the coins through fulfilling shipments and bonuses from treasure chests. It’s taken me three days of casual playing to have enough money for an upgrade. At this point, I’d rather play another well-known game that makes you take out a loan from a tanuki and pay him back. Pop-ups: There’s so many, it’s insane. Unions: They never refresh so you see the same groups every day and are all in Russian so you will have to make your own if you don’t speak Russian. I made the mistake of joining one and tried to help a Russian member by putting up the item they requested for sale and asking them to check my store (aka Global Exchange) for the item. However, the language barrier was too hard for them to comprehend that I was helping them and they told me to make my own group. How pleasant. Overall: This is a game that you can play for free but don’t expect much satisfaction from it.
