Chat doesn’t work and developers are not fixing it
Now the game doesn’t load properly! I’ve spent a ton of money on this game and the developers just seem to not care about this game anymore.

I love this game!!! Yesterday for some reason it would not load on my phone or iPad. I did all the things your suppose to, turned off my iPhone and pad, reinstalled all on both and still nothing! Please fix this bug so I can play!! Or offer any other suggestions for me! Thank you!!

Game has pretty much stagnated. Can not access any chat features, no pocket cards etc but they still are running a store to purchase things? Last update was over a year ago. I came back to play this game only to see that everything I liked about the game is all but gone. So sad. I looked around the internet to see if there was anything and last entry on the FB page was March 2020.

Put the pocket cards back. You had people complaining about the game becoming too costly and then you take away the free stuff!!! Make it make sense!! I’ll be going back to my other solitaire games.

Y’all have made major changes to the game and not to the players benefit. You have taken away all coins it cost a lot more gems than it used to. There are no more challenges or competitions. It’s just not fun anymore and you’re costing us money. I have had two team members leave because of these changes. And I know everyone in global is complaining about all these changes. Why are y’all changing this game because it’s not fun and it’s costly now. I have emailed and no one has responded. Oh and also no new puzzles at all. Did y’all leave when the coronavirus hit is a question. Can you let me know ifY’all are going to put the challenges back in place again and the rewards.

- Removal of Club Cash currency. You will now receive coins when calling club cards. Remaining Club Cash can still be spent in the shop. - Removal of Pocket Cards. The game will no long offer Pocket Cards as rewards, and you can no longer use Pocket Cards. - Removal of the free gift every 1 hour and every 10 wins. - Removal of the saddlebag that appears in each game. - Adjustment to pricing throughout, including for wild cards and undo. - The "Wild Card" option for the streak reward has been replaced by a "Gun Shot" reward. - Update of prizes available from the Quick Draw bonus game. - When you lose a game, you do not get any tournament points. - Many bug fixes.
