Ever since the most recent update about a week ago, the app no longer works properly. It cannot get past the “Loading Resources” screen. Please release another update IMMEDIATELY, or roll the app back to the previous WORKING version!!!

I paid $7.99 for 3 hours of play time and 13000 coins and the extra coins did not show up. There is no way to ask for help. I have to set-up an outlook email account to send in a request for help. I cannot use my gmail address to request help. I plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
