Ever since I have downloaded and attempted to use this app, there have been bugs. The first day it took roughly ten attempts to place my first bet. There are still times where it faults out when attempting to place a bet. It doesn’t use precise location so if you are near the border, even an hour and a half drive away, it may say you are out of the geographical area. On top of that, if your bank is not on their preset list, you can’t input your routing info to get your money back. Thank goodness we are a week away from draftkings! Don’t download this app.

The first couple times I let it go and assumed it was a bug. This time I’m at a loss for words. I put a bet down for the Chargers-Raiders game to go to overtime at (+1100) odds. I watched the bet get confirmed with my own eyes. After all, it was about the fifth NFL bet I had that day and all had gone through just fine. I checked back a couple hours later and a red banner popped up for a couple seconds saying that betting had been suspended, and out of nowhere my bet disappeared. The game was potentially headed to overtime and they voided the transaction! It DID go to overtime and I contacted them to get my payout and they told me that with no ticket ID they couldn’t pay me. This has happened on multiple occasions and they refuse to acknowledge it. I’ve lost hundreds on this app already. It’s unethical and unfair. Beware!

Ok this app is horrible. I have choice but To use this app but now they took away my qtr bets which is all I play and is making me lose a lot of money this New Years. Draft kings please buy them out. Spend so much money on this and never even get a free bet or bonus.

It will literally switch up on you multiple times before you can confirm the live betting, which is really bad because it’s the only app in Oregon where I can place a bet. I have multiple bet that have lost because the bet didn’t go through so by the time it does the odds are now different which are not by a lot but this is where Oregon lottery can get your guys money. Making the bets seems good until you place it and when you do they switch it up but you go through it anyway because you trust the app and the confidence in your bet.
