Lost Everything. $$$ Loss After New Phone Setup
I have played this game everyday for two years. My screen broke and had to replace my phone. Even with the iCloud back up on and everything. All gone. Everything. I’m so devastated. Emailed customer support with no luck. This was my happy place. I spent so much money on this game. 💔😭🪦

I used to play this game a lot when I was younger, and recently downloaded it now that I have a phone with more space. But for some reason, anything related to encountering a wild morty causes the game to cause or show a black screen. When you open your items, or switch a morty, or even try to run away, it’ll either blackout and you have to restart, or it just straight up crashes. Please fix :(

Every 5 minutes the game either black screens or crashes and it’s unplayable, which is kinda sad cause this game is nostalgic for me. It doesn’t normally happen and any other game I play and it’s weird.
