It’s a very fun concept. But, it’s nothing like the ad for the game that I saw that intrigued me to try the game in the first place. You literally have to spend money to make money and there’s no way to decrease your expenses in order to have more money. and whenever you start a new career path, you make less money than the last job you had. So if you’re making 2000 a month in construction, you get forced to have to move up to the next career path and that job is going to pay you 1.2 K. so then you are now in the negative and you’re trying so hard to quickly spend money that way you can advance to the next job because the job REQUIRES you to have better food to eat, a more expensive house, etc. This game doesn’t let you rest. I spent two days playing this game just for it to reset and I’m 100% back to the beginning. Games are meant to be fun, not stressful and impossible. Terrible game.

This game has a great concept of getting ahead but I found the execution lackluster. The tutorial is incomplete. I didn’t even know about buying side businesses (food truck, hostel, etc) until I was on the office jobs. I’ve used the ad option to upgrade each to lvl 10 right away but I’m not sure if there’s a max lvl. The a bank deposit section to increase your gains (which I also didn’t know about until office jobs), there’s not really a lot of explanation on this. The amount of time the coins are in the bank isn’t game time it goes by real life time. It took me way too long to understand that the girlfriend game was affecting the happiness levels. I don’t quite understand the money gun game. You push the button and it shoots money out but as far as I know it doesn’t affect anything else other than increasing your cash. The slots is pretty self explanatory. I get the wanting things but you should be able to make allowances. Why are they renting a shirt/tie or casual clothes? That should just be a one and done, that didn’t make sense to me. For some odd reason the jobs will require you to drive a specific vehicle in order to work there or eat certain food, which I’ve never had happen in real life. Half the time to be able to afford to do anything in the game you need to watch the ads to decrease the months for education or increase the side businesses. Once you make it to have the security job as a second job and switch to the office jobs you get a major decrease in cash and are severely over budget but you can’t go back on anything (switch to sandwiches, buy a cheaper car and sell current one, etc), you have to keep your current luxuries and then add some more. He should be able to get a second job on any level. If he wants something and you decide to hold off his unhappiness will decrease quicker. The girlfriend options are ridiculous, $600/mth is the cheapest gf. Where’s the low-maintenance girl who just wants to stay home and read? I guess books aren’t cheap… anyway. One last thing I kind of mentioned. The side businesses aren’t included in your monthly budget but I think that’s because you have to physically collect the cash yourself instead of it being an automatic thing, there is an option to buy the automatic deposit though. Seems like an interesting game but don’t plan to keep it.
