Purchase issues
Just made two 5 dollar purchases to get extra builders and the credits were never applied to my profile. It kept saying something about my data is out of sync. I would like the credits I purchased or a refund please
United StatesNeat game, but huge glitch with in app purchase
Spent 3 dollars on the starter limited time deal, but it just restarted my game and didn’t give me my rewards. Clicked it again to see if it would restore my app purchase but instead it charged me twice for the same offer while refusing to give me anything. A shame. It’s a fun game but I’d avoid spending any money on it. If I can get a refund, or let alone my promised rewards- then I’d highly recommend the game.

This game try’s to push paying for gems and today I caved and spend 8 dollars. 3 on a limited time offer, and 5 on a box of gems. Both times after these transactions went through the game restarted and I had no gems. I was robbed of my 8 dollars and I’d appreciate it if I got a refund or if I got what I paid for and I probably won’t see either anytime soon.

Never try to buy gems in this game. Right after the purchase goes through, you’ll get an error stating “your profile is out of sync with the server and has to reload”, the game will reset, and your gems won’t be accrued. What an absolute underhanded scam.
