Support completely unhelpful
Been playing this game since launch. Over a month ago there was a bug in an event that displayed the wrong skin as a prize. I spent money on the premium currency to get the skin, but it gave me a different one. I reported it to their support team and it was ignored for over a month, then finally responded to 35 days later with a generic “we have taken into account your feedback and informed our internal teams” with no refund or compensation for the bug. Every event is a cash grab and they don’t even provide basic support when they screw things up. Don’t give this game money and don’t trust any game managed by warpportal to have even the most basic level of support.
United StatesUpdate Reset Character
Latest Monday update reset character and moved me off of Chaos 10 with my guild. I cannot deselect my character in the screen to continue, it forces me to play a new character on Chaos 1. Logging in and switching accounts back and fourth does no allow me back to my original level 88 Character on Chaos 10. By the time this gets fixed, I’m sure I’ll be dropped from my guild and friends, disappointed!

I love the bgm & the nastalgia this game gives me,but as for this game itself..there always seems to be a BIG wall of progress because you need to overcome ugly RNG rates from their abysmal gacha AND on top of that why have events that cater to players who spend money? Are you serious? & to begin with what you pay gets you nothing worth your money..i will continue playing casually for FREE,i cant believe this game seriously is so stingy for people that even are generous enough to toss a few $$$ towards it..fix that wall & be a little more generous because this game screams money hungry all over it.

This game started slow for me, but compared to eternal love, this game was more generous on giving free stuff for beginners. Unfortunately, just like any other games similar to their concept, it started to taste bland and feel boring just after a few hours of playing it. I loved the background music, the nostalgia was just unreal, hearing my favorite game music when i was in high-school was just a gift. I just wish their gameplay was more action based and not an afk type.

How did you guys delete my last review??? Same single dungeon with SS gacha card system was implemented on Valkyrie uprising that doomed the game. Give us back the open world, instead of this auto dungeon crap. At least on Valkyrie uprising we had a main character to play single dungeon or open world with cards as pets to battle with.
