They want only your money. They are going to close the server soon and open new game new server. They don’t care currently players at all. Good game but ultimately bad and greedy management.

No matter how many tickets i submit to customer support, right after submitting it is in "waiting for agent" status, after a couple minutes (~15) page refreshes and then my ticket is gone, "no tickets" and there is no other way to contact support, not even the simples of methods, an email; The simplest and most efficient method used not long ago. No matter where I post any feedback, it gets deleted. I was wrongfully charged and I can't even get a hold of them!

The game is now purely pay-to-win, the best RO mobile ever but ruined by greed. I've spent over $50,000 USD since day 1, quit the game 4 times, and they keep adding unnecessary pay-to-win power-ups. Emblems, statues, feathers, and now they've added Matrix. It's just too much greed. Just make this game subscription-based and remove other pay-to-win power-ups! Keep the game simple, and maybe it will become esports-ready. Only necessary power-ups: - Gears, plus rare drops from MVP. - MVP cards, cards. (Maybe leave card deposits so players will have reasons to hunt for cards and make them stronger.) - Character stats and skills allocation. And remove the rest like emblems, statues, feathers, and Matrix, etc.
