Can’t get my toon back
I don’t understand they banned me for no reason my toon is Rula2 I do really want it back but there is now way get me in be honestly I love this game but why ..pls help me out to get my toon back in EU 37bits so horrible they took my toon away I wasted my time to pay for nothing thank you

I loved this game, but now it seems as if it goes down once a month. It’s down now and I’m honestly considering not playing it anymore. Really really frustrated at this point.

I recently started a game about a month ago. Made purchases. Got into the game and started playing pretty often. After not playing for a day or two I log in and it brings up an account I made maybe about a year ago. Both accounts are with decent levels but my recent account made has frequent purchases. Unfortunately when starting my recent game I forgot to do a name change. Help?
