Font and Screen Too Small
Playing on an iPad mini, I cannot read the screen. The game may be fine, but I’ll never know.
My favorite app
I genuinely don’t understand the poor reviews - like they actually crack me up. I find the game so catchy and fun - I actually can’t wait to play it every morning with my coffee before I settle into my workday. I actually ended up deleting some other word game apps I have. Great app!
Too many bugs
I tried to like this game. I played it regularly for a couple months. I did my best to ignore the many many bugs and the limited dictionary that doesn’t allow a lot of legitimate words. But then the solution to the Daily Definundrum was a word that wasn’t in the game’s dictionary! No matter how many times I tried to enter that word, it would not accept it. Then when I “lost”, it showed me the solution that it had not let me enter! And it called me a dunce for not being able to solve it. I give up. It’s not fun anymore.
Finally!!
A true word game without cartoon characters or campy backgrounds. It’s about skill.
Landscape!!
I've enjoyed playing this game a lot. The only gripe I Have is not being to play in landscape. I spend majority of my time on my IPad which is designed for landscape (I actually don't know if I've ever held my iPad vertically) I would love to see this game on my iPad.
Buggy, but there’s some real great potential here
So far I’m liking what I see, the games are fun lil time-passers that remind me a bit of simplified, scaled-down jackbox games. The aesthetic is very charming as well. Unfortunately there are a hefty number of bugs in the iPhone version from crashes to the dictionary failing to populate to splat straight up not working. Get these fixed, expand some of the gameplay and you’ll have a gem on your hands!
Glitches return
Worked great for about a week then the glitches are back.
