I too have played Diggy’s Advenyutre for some time. Started out really liking this game also. Today decided to time my actual play time. I do not purchase with actual cash any energy. Never. Played this game for 10:42 minutes before running out or energy. 6:53 was actual commercials. If it wasn’t for the commercials I probably would keep playing. On top of that every level increase you get the amount of energy required to use goes up but not you energy level. So you either spend actual cash or try and increase you energy level like in Diggy. Only difference you do have or make the required coins or items. So for me this game is now toast and put to rest. It’s a shame cause it was a fun game.

I have only ever written 1 other review, but I had to this time because I love this game. There are real puzzles do solve and clues to find. Yes it is an energy game, which can be annoying, but I feel like I regain energy so much faster than in other games so it isn’t as painful as it usually is. Right now I make 1 energy every 8 seconds. Also, in other games it often feels like your energy is spent on dumb things like breaking a billion rocks so you feel like they are just trying to get you to spend all your money fast so you will pay to buy more. In this game you do clear lots of rocks and grass, but lots of your energy is spent on the actual puzzles as well (think Zelda-style pushing a block around) and often when you are clearing grass and rock it is to try and find the right path, or under the rock will be a digit for a combination lock, or a key, etc. As a result the energy mechanic feels less like a gimmick to get you to spend money, and more like an actual part of the game. Be aware some of the game might be a little mature for younger players (you see skeletons and blood and there are monsters) but it is in a goofy, fun way most of the time thus far not scary or graphic like many other puzzle style games. It is also a really beautiful game with great graphics and depth of detail in the scenery. I really love this game!

I really enjoy this game very much however, I have a problem when the game downloads from one screen to another. I’ve gotten as far as the fishing scenario, but then the game would not download what comes next. I’ve tried playing this game a half a dozen times, and the results are always the same except that the game can stop downloading at any point.
