This game gets one star and here are the reasons: (1) bad graphics (2) I am on level three and it starts me over on level three even when I go to menu (3) wording is weird (4) every person working in the hospital looks exactly the same This game is pretty much a scam because the level pictures shows what is supposed to happen but it starts over the whole game. Please do not get this game it is a waste of time
