After hitting a bonus 50-60-70-80-90 spins nothing

Beware promo code does not work, asked an employee why the promo code doesn’t work and they said something was wrong with it and that they will have management manually match my deposit. The next day they tell me it expired and I have to wait for the next promo. I sent them screenshots and proof of conversations and they act like they can’t do a single thing. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service from any other casino. It is very shady.

I never even write reviews but this app was so bad that I had to tell somebody. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Whatever promo they have is NOT worth it. I repeat, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone use this app. Unless you love wasting your time on bad promos, horrible withdrawal policies, or the worst UI you’ve ever seen. If there is one positive, it’s that their live help feature has some really nice people.
