Can’t even login because it says “Falied to login” so can you help me?

The fact that it keeps freezing on the main title screen. It won’t load even when I exit the app and retry it I have to uninstall the game just to get it to work which only happens for as long as I play it because if I don’t play it for a while the same thing happens next time I try playing and then it’s stuck on the title screen and won’t load. Everything else about the game is perfect and I wish I could enjoy the game without this issue.

So I updated the 2.20 one and I got on and clicked on the train button on the bottom left corner, but it didn’t load and stoped at 98 percent. Also this game is actually the best battle royals game I’ve ever played.
