I have plenty of coins to purchase boosts but every time I try it says “purchase canceled. There was an error completing your transaction. You have not been charged. Please try again later.” I have been getting this message for over a year! The only way to get a boost is to win the race or earn a spin chance. I’ve written to the email support team many times but never get a reply. 😕

I have been getting an error for over a year saying that “there was an error completing your transaction. You have not been charged. Please try again later.” I have tons of coins to purchase but it won’t let me. I have emailed support many times and I get no reply. SMH
