Balance
The game is not balanced at all. Not even the purchases. You don’t get enough search items or drink drops, through game play, to complete some quests in a timely manner and a lot of items require real cash to attain. You can purchase packages but they really don’t add any value to game play. At most you can pay for 1200 rubies but most Income decor will cost you well over that amount. The game would be fun if it didn’t continually crash. The game has so many different mechanisms that it becomes confusing as to where things are located. There are items in the game I have yet to understand what they are used for. Basically there is too much going on in the game making it overly stimulating and none of it really gets you any further down the road. There are things you can acquire but you don’t know what they help with. Basically, the game has too much going on and there is little help with game mechanics. There is a lot of potential here, but I feel they need to streamline the game a little more. It’s so confusing I’m not even sure how to explain how confusing it is. …Seriously! About the only thing that makes sense in the game, is the coins. You make next to nothing selling food but most money is made by applying for jobs on your friends income decor. I thought we were here to run our own cafe, not someone else’s. lol! I’ve played for a month but not sure if I’ll continue. The developer doesn’t really put much value in player suggestions or complaints so we shall see…

I have had this game for two years and it’s hard to progress without using money. I’m not surprised. But, I would suggest to PLEASE make the furniture section go back to where you originally were when you place something down. It’s so hard to decorate with a theme since it goes back to the main furniture page. PLEASE fix this.

I’ve played this game for a long time and recently had given more time on it. I noticed there were changes made which awesome! However, the game constantly reboots and it will take very long to load into a page. I saw that this has been a ongoing issue which I hope it will get fixed. My other thing is that when the game give you a choice to watch an ad video but it keeps giving you errors, that is annoying. I would like to hopefully change the 3 stars to a 5. Thanks for listening!

I’m abit annoyed. I love this game and have been playing it for years but recently got a new iPhone and I can’t log in at all to my account. Why isn’t logging in with google a option? Can’t play now
