The mobile version of Moonlighter introduces a set of new, intuitive controls that will let you efficiently manage your shop as well as swiftly deal with the dangers that are hiding in the deepest of dungeons. While Touch & Swipe is the default control scheme for the game and the best way to experience it - you can still enable classic Virtual Joysticks and enjoy Moonlighter this way. I have been playing Moonlighter on an Xbox one for years now and I love it so much! I haven’t had any really big issues with the game and it’s just a delight to play. Recently I bought the mobile version on my iPad and it’s been really great! I do have one concern though is in the dungeons, my weapons will suddenly not work and then once I switch between the two for a bit it works again but then duplicates the weapon in my inventory. I think this is kind of weird when I have 4 of the same gauntlets after one run. Does anyone else have this bug or is it just me? Anyway moral of the story is this game is so cute so don’t get frustrated by the little bugs every now and then. It’s pretty buggy on the Xbox and pc where I also play it too, but again, it doesn’t really bother me enough to stop playing! :)

This is my all time favorite. The dungeons, the enemies, the ways you can level and ways you can’t, the story is background to your journey but cute so far. Love this game on here and Switch. It’s on all though.

Moonlighters a gem of a game. It’s amazing and it’s great that the game came over to iOS, but at the moment this isn’t the version to play. Touch controls are okay at best, being able to place them elsewhere and resize them to not cover the corners of a device would be great. On the phone I enjoy playing with a grip controller, but controller supports only partially there. Making switching between the screen and the physical controls tedious. Due to this a controllers not even a question with my iPad, but the placement and giant size make it difficult to play on that device. Then we have glitches if you tab out and come back on iPhone there’s a chance the controls stop working or freeze and you can’t even resort to touch controls. With touch on any device the game might glitch out and cause you to mirror items you don’t want to get rid of making it super annoying and tedious and since this happens in menu even a controller doesn’t keep you safe from this. The games all here it’s fun the fighting and the selling, but there’s so many hurdles. I want to love this version, but it isn’t there at the moment. For being a more expensive iOS game I would hope some of these issues were non existent since launch day. For anyone wanting to play, do it, it’s a super fun game if you haven’t played it on any other device. There’s so much charm, and enjoyment with the gameplay loop and sound track, before you know it you’ll sink many hours in, just keep in mind there’s some hurdles to jump at the moment.

Love the concept, animations, smooth controls, and coin sound effects but stopping a robber at the doorway glitches me out. I become invisible and cannot move, forcing me to either close shop or close the app. Closing the app made the game crash and i was not able to reopen the game again. Fat L prob wont ever play this again idk if it was worth $12???
