Let me explain: you are tempted to buy lots of coins. 2mm coins is worth ~ $46. Joker games cost 150k coins minimum. 2mm / 150k coins - sounds like 13 or so games, right? WRONG - the buy-in is the starting point of what you’re waging. Game after game where - I wager 150k coins, but lose 1.2mm on the deal. So, those 2mm coins can barely afford you 2 games (2 games for over $20 a piece). Its worse for higher buying. The game multiplies your wager by a multiplier based on the point difference between you and your opponent. I can assure you - half the opponents are probably bots used to farm your money. It’s a shame. I was excited to play & if the multiplier didn’t exist, I’d enjoy this game forever.

Please let me start by saying that if I could, I would give this no stars. I used to be a big fan of Gin Rummy Stars, but my experience with the game has taken a severe nosedive due to the abundance of bugs and the complete lack of support from the developers. It's clear that these bugs are intentionally programmed into the game, as every option seems to work flawlessly when it comes to making a purchase, but the moment you try to claim a rewarded video for coins, the game glitches out consistently. After enduring the entire ad, hoping to receive the promised reward, I'm repeatedly greeted with a frustrating message stating that the reward can no longer be claimed. It's incredibly disheartening to spend an entire day waiting for the opportunity to watch these videos multiple times, only to be denied the chance to play a single round due to these technical issues. The videos rarely work as intended, which adds to the frustration. What makes matters worse is the utter lack of response from the customer support team. Despite sending multiple emails to address these issues, I have received no acknowledgement or assistance whatsoever. It's clear that the developers have no regard for their players' concerns and are not interested in resolving these problems. As a free-to-play player, I find myself at a significant disadvantage. The only way to enjoy even a single round per day is by paying to play, which is simply not feasible for players like myself who cannot afford it. It's disheartening to see that the game prioritizes monetization over the well-being and enjoyment of its free players. Gin Rummy Stars has become an incredibly frustrating experience due to its persistent bugs and the lack of support from the developers. The joy I once had for this game has been overshadowed by constant technical issues and the feeling of being overlooked as a player. Unless significant improvements are made and the developers start addressing player concerns, I cannot recommend this game to anyone seeking an enjoyable and fair gaming experience.
