With this problem, we recommend that you contact the Apple service and try to make a refund through them. Write a letter to the official mail and explain the situation in detail. Stay in touch!" Do you want to update your review? You can also contact the developer. This was my response: I would still give you 1 star. I would give your customer service a zero if I could. The puzzles deserve 5 stars except that I don’t have any!!!! First of all Apple is not responsible for the issues with your software. It is Jigsaw Puzzles World (Denis Sonin) to stand behind your product. Secondly most of the puzzles were earned thru challenges and watching videos and it took me a long time to collect them. Your software developers should be capable of re-installing my puzzles. If they can’t then you need someone who can!!! I will continue to give bad reviews until someone can fix this issue. I worked hard for these puzzles and I want them back!!! I MUST SAY THAT I WOULD NOT BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS BASED ON HOW YOU’VE HANDLED THIS ISSUE! ………………………………………………………………….. I purchased coins and finished achievements and watch commercials since 2017. I can show apple receipts as well. I’ve tried contacting Sweet Games with no response. I also left this issue on jigsaw puzzles world review with no response. Apple said this was a developer issue. So if anyone knows how to contact Denis Sonin or someone who can actually help me recover all my puzzles, please let me know. I’m truly disgusted with the whole situation. NEED HELP!! Upgraded to iPhone 13 and lost all my puzzles
After I upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro Max I lost all my puzzles/purchases. It doesn’t allow me to restore my purchases. I could not find an email for customer support.
Won’t save progress
I avoided this app for a year after the glitch it had of not saving progress. Still has not been fixed and their support page doesn’t load. I wish I hadn’t spent money on the upgrades and now they do subscriptions? You don’t even update your game to be playable

App as great for a few years. Now with exactly 50,000 points accumulated, puzzles won't load and developer doesn't help. Deleted! Ba bye. When exactly will you check my app and fix it? It does not load pieces on iPhone or iPad. I'm so disappointed as I've accumulated almost 50,000 points, and more than 3,000 crystals. Not to mention all the puzzles I've purchased Ann's downloaded. But I can't do the puzzles because they won't load. Please follow up on your statement to fix. Update: you replied that you would fix my account so that puzzles pieces would appear. When will that happen? I've enjoyed this app for years now, with various glitches along the way. This time, though, I'm really annoyed. I've accumulated numerous coins and crystals. I use them to buy puzzles and packs, of which I have many, but I've actually paid money, too. Now, when I want to play a puzzle, it simply doesn't load. It opens the background, but no pieces appear. The same thing on iPhone and iPad. I don't want to uninstall for fear of losing everything, but if you can't play the game, who good is it? I've sent an email requesting help, but received no reply. So now issuing my worst rating ever.
