Amazing gameplay
This was was really amazing the graphics reminds me on old school browsers based flash games, but the gameplay is so good you will forget a elementary school drew it lol highly recommended it’s well worth the few dollars it cost
Thank you
Thank you for continuing to update this game.
Love the art and campiness
It’s a solid turn-based game with some depth I’m just getting into.
Refreshing Take on the Tactics Genre
I enjoyed this game so much that when my Android took a crap on me, I bought it on my new iPhone. Incredibly modest price for the quality put into the game. I feel like the tactical RPG genre has been missing additions for quite some time now, and while not holding an officially-licensed affiliation, Insignia: tactics is a welcome addition. Two weeks into playing for the first time I developed a job tree chart which brought back memories of looking up GameFAQs pages in the early 2000’s. I’m hoping this takes off and we can see what kind of innovation these developers can come up with while having more financial backing!
Great game, bad graphics
If you love Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics, you will love this game. The core gameplay is spot on turn-based, multi-role tactical gameplay and delivers exactly what you’d expect from such a game. No need to improve on perfection, right? Even the story is fun, not the usual paint-by-numbers affairs you get from so many mobile RPGs. However, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the one blemish on what is otherwise a pristine gaming experience: the graphics. In a word, they’re terrible. Like a 6-year-old drew them. So, why 5 stars then? Because the gameplay is strong enough that it’s worth looking past the ugly graphics. It really is that good. Having said that, I can only imagine how much more awesome this game would be if the developer hired a professional artist and redid the visuals. Seriously, it’d be worth it as I’m sure with a sharp UI you’d attract a much larger audience - not just tactics nerds like me. If you guys decide to update the look of your game, do a Kickstarter to fund it. I’ll contribute for sure!
Like Final Fantasy Tactics
I have always been a huge fan of games like Final Fantasy tactics. I have been super impressed with Insignia’s class system, balance and creativity in combat, and storyline. This game plays like one developed by much large gaming companies. Definitely worth the few dollars it cost to purchase. It’ll provide you with dozens of hours of gameplay.
