Why am I getting ads in this game? I have the monthly game pass with Gmaehouse and it seems I can’t get a full 5 stars without watching ads and between each level…ads. What am I paying 10 dollars a month for? Am I missing something

I used to play this game for my tablet and they did have all the sounds but for some reason some of the sounds are cut out and the first cutting off the game is it different and I was wondering if I could know the reason why some of the sounds is cutting out like when you beat level 30 the cut just cut the sound out when you jump out of the ambulance. Please respond and I was wondering this please respond please please please please please please

I used to play this was wanting to replay but now it says I have to watch ads and I have the Gamehouse Subscription but it keeps asking me to subscribe this is the only Ganehouse game that does this it’s so infuriating to pay for a subscription and not have access to this one game this needs to get fixed I’ve uninstalled reinstalled tried the restor purchase option nothing works I even tried canceling and resubscribing when my next month came up due and still it doesn’t work it’s completely killed the game for me

United StatesDoes the Subscription Mean Nothing???
I recently subscribed to the monthly GH yet I still receive ads before playing every level and the ‘Restore’ option is doing nothing to recognize this. I really was excited to play this game as I played 3 other games with no issue. Extremely disappointing. I might just have to cancel.

I have never had a video game make me bawl at the storyline, but Heart’s Medicine 2 did it. I love how wonderful Allison and all the other characters are, and I play the game constantly just to find out what will happen next!!! I love it, love it, love it!
