This game is so much fun, but as other reviews have mentioned, you have to spend money if you want to advance at all. You can pass a couple levels, but the tiny amount of coins you’re given are not even closeeeee to help you update when you need to keep going. I know any game is gonna have its challenges but if you’re stupid enough to spend $50 like me (trust me I know) I think that should help you pass more than just one hospital location. Also, my daily video rewards were lowered to 4 while others in my group said they have 6 or even 8. I spend money on your game and you take away my video rewards? Such a scam and you should be ashamed.

The higher levels don’t even allow you to click on the equipment properly. Keeps slowing down so I have to watch more ads to refill the hearts.

I loved this game and it was really fun to play. I’ve had it for months. However, it feels like now one really does need to spend money to pass levels and advance. I understand needing to find a way to make money but it’s unfortunate how much money is needed to pass a level.
