There’s a lot of levels that you can’t pass without spending money. There was a level I was 25 coins short on almost 14 times before I finally gave in and spent more money. It’s a trap, fun, but a trap nonetheless. I’ve sunk about $100 into this stupid thing and I’m definitely regretting my impulse. The developments know what they’re doing. PLAY WITH CAUTION.

I really enjoyed playing this game, however once I got to level 30 i began to have to use my gems to even complete a level. During the rounds I wasn’t given enough time to earn enough coins to beat the level in turn making me have to use my gems which ran out pretty quickly meaning I’d have to put real money into the game to even beat a level. If it was easier to get the gems it would really be an asmr game however it’s really just stressful when you’re worried about running out of gems or you’ll have to put actual money into the game.

It’s kind of ridiculous that you have spend or pay for 50 diamonds just to get a second chance, and then when you get the second chance it still isn’t enough so now you’re still stuck on the same level and out of all your diamonds. it should not be 50 diamonds to get a second chance. it’s so absurd.

This game is actual very fun and addictive, I would play all day if I could. Unfortunately, it is really hard to pass the levels as your progress without purchasing upgrades for your hospital. The coins you receive from winning the rounds are not nearly enough to keep up with the costs of the upgrades. So unless you’re willing to spend real money on buying more coins, you’ll probably keep replaying the same level over and over or waiting to collect your free daily coins until you build up enough to buy something.

I like playing games and I don’t mind paying for them. This game was good until I found myself paying more for coins and power-ups. It seems that when I pay for coins, I run through them fairly quickly. I get more speed and power-ups, only to do worse than I did before. It’s like the game knows if I’m willing to pay, then make it impossible to finish a level, so the app can get more money. That’s okay...I’m done!
