Getting frustrated… I can play any other levels but 401 my next level..

I love this game but it has been very glitchy lately. The game will freeze or just close out mid-game. There are also no new hospitals. I've been playing for a while so I just replay the existing levels to pass time before going to bed 😂

The game is amazing - I love the story line, the game play, everything. My issue - it takes forever for any updates. I have been waiting MONTHS now for an update that includes new levels as all I can do is endless mode. Endless mode is fine for awhile, but it eventually gets boring.
