Absolutely loved this game, though it took me awhile to figure out how to get to towns not connected by a mode of transportation (just click on any city, and you walk there). However, all was lost when I upgraded my MacBook Pro to macOS Catalina (10.15.2), since this game is not compatible/available for this version of macOS. I sent a message to Support, but to date, have not heard back from them. Figures . . . $-(

I play this while listening to podcasts or the radio, and it’s a decent game. I’ve played through several times, so I change my personal rules for how I acheive a victory to mix it up. I have felt like I was cheated on hands, but when I look at the dealer’s summary, I find that I am wrong. It is not messing up on which hand is the winner, like some reviewers have said. It’s not really hard to get a wallet built up, either, so those players must be pretty bad at poker. Play tighter. Most AI players are way too aggressive so you have to be careful how much you pay for a flop. I have dry spells, or have gone all in when there were clues that I shouldn’t and blow it, but overall I win. I’m the best player in Texas, ha ha. The head-to-heads to win special properties can be frustrating due to tight AI players and low blinds relative to how much you have to win to beat them, and they will suddenly bluff big or bet big, but you can find and exploit their weaknesses. Sometimes it’s hilarious what is lost in translation, and cultural mistakes. For example, you can play to win a National Park (location of Big Bend, but not named)! uhhhh… first, National, second, owned by the people, not an individual, unless certain politicians get their way! Lot’s of typos and weird phrasings. Did you know that playing poker is fun for the whole family? LOL.

I love playing this game, however after a few times of playing when I open the game all my previous player info is gone- along with my progress in the game! I have had to start over 3 times now and am ready to give up. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but that hasn’t worked. Very frustrating.

I’m stranded in Abilene with no money. It tells me to sell property or borrow money for the ante. Surprise, you can’t sell your property in another town, and Abilene has no bank. All I can do is hit the dadgummed calendar 20 times, and dismiss the reputation prompt about 12 times to get enough money to play again. Customer service, Sabrine, advised me to “wait ‘till money gets freed up, Watch a free video, invite friends, or rate us…..or just purchase some chips. But I can find no way to do any of those things, other than collecting fees. I sent more clarifying info just to be told, what towns sell what transport. Don’t the customer service reps ever read a complaint all the wsy through???? Ironically, I still like playiing this game!
