Unable to progress after tutorial due to the Nickname bug that soft locks the game

Good game but the problem (as with all games nowadays) is that you’d have to spend tons of money to get the good artifacts obtained by the final 3 heroes (sona, witch, and plum). Kind of sad as it ruins the game. Absolutely no other way to get those heroes.

I’m having trouble with my username, every time I try one it Won’t work, I’ve tried multiple names and it doesn’t seem to be that it’s because they’re already taken or inappropriate, but whatever it is, it’s stopping me from continuing the game. I’d appreciate feedback or help. All in all though from what Ive played so far, I think it’s a great game.
