I get charged a monthly subscription and everytime I try to download a game it says I have to purchase a subscription. I try to go to the gamehouse to restore my purchase it says no subscription found. You try to email them they don’t write back

when these games came out I purchased three of them. Now you’re telling me I have to pay a subscription to unlock the rest of the game that I am currently playing? No thank you I will be deleting them.

I purchased this subscription expecting to be able to play the games listed in the app uninterrupted and without ads just as the description says. Unfortunately I am unable to play a single game without a crazy amount of ads interrupting the games. Some games I can’t even play past the first chapter. Every game has said to buy yet another subscription on top of this one. I have tried contacting support. Unfortunately they have yet to assist me in fixing this problem after two weeks at this point it’s just a disappointment and not only the company and the app but in the customer service as well.

This app never stopped their own ad spam or the games still encouraging you to buy in. All it did was notify me games (few of which continued series I enjoyed, such as Detective Jackie or Parker & Lane) were trickling out and I finally canceled after months of boredom. The very next month had a 14 day earlier subscriber benefit to Primrose Lake 4, so thanks for wasting my money for ages until I gave up!

This app itself is fine and works good, but a lot of the older games are glitchy or simply don't work on newer iPhones. I feel like they really need to update their older games or get rid of them completely. Trying to go through the games in chronological order is a nightmare so far. The games that actually work are very good and engaging, but please fix these games or discontinue them.
