Supertb storytelling, game mechanics and graphics
A true masterpiece! I don't leave reviews often but I had to let everyone know that this game is awesome. There are some aspects of game mechanics that are not super clear on the first run but it overall it leaves a very good impression.

Within minutes of opening application, my MacBook Air (M1, 202) is *burning* hot... even after restart and running no other applications. Is there a fix for this?

Ok, why doesn't the tutorial explain the strategy requires STREETS? Like, I'm very annoyed with how the game doesn't have a tutorial on how it works, streets are apparently important, but there isn't much notice on how to build them, because I'm clicking the on the generator and somehow there still isn't a street to build on. Ugh! I've add stars since I found that I can delete a game and start over... I wish there was a much better tutorial. Some of the game seems to be time sensitive. The graphics are good and I've "learned" how to zoom in. The game is super depressing at the start. There are no tutorials for keys or mouse clicks at the beginning, while your people "suffer" and "die". The graphics are slightly lagging, but it's not causing a problem with gameplay imho. I still haven't figured out how to "construct" or build a coal factory, although I've assigned a lot of workers to mine coal? The game badly needs a tutorial, at least for Mac. Just attempted to play it again after being away, and it feels worse. I have no idea how to switch between streets and technology. Super depressing watching people "die" while there's zero guidance. One last note is that there are very good games that run well on Mac, but this game is lacking a tutorial, and it doesn't have an early game initialization that explains how to keep people from dying.

Need to screw down all the nice graphic settings to make it playable. I love the concept and will def. alter the raiting if it's get fixed for the MacBook Pro M1 config
