I mean, it’s good…
There are a few things that could make the game quite a bit better. First: the character leveling issues. In the game, the figurines can be leveled up to a certain point. You then have to merge said figurines to increase the level cap. The max level of the figurines is 220, and if you don’t pay to obtain more figurines, it will take you a while to save up enough of the in-game money to obtain more figurines. All in all, it will take a while (roughly a year) without using actual real world money. Second: events! Events called collabs will occasionally happen, and you can obtain limited time figurines from them. That is the problem. Limited. The “meta” (the best options to use) come from events, and while it is possible to get around the pay block to obtain certain figurines, it will always take a lot of your time. And when the event is over, you can no longer obtain those figurines from anywhere except the store. But wait! If you don’t have the limited time figurine, then you can’t buy more of it! It’s not fun to have all of your work to get a figurine to just go down the drain, and it’s even worse to see people who payed to get it dominate the pvp community. Third: the chat. If you look in the chat on a day to day basis, you’ll know the issues. Fourth: little to no communication between devs and players. We have voiced our concerns and solutions to many of these problems, but the developers don’t really do anything except correct spelling errors. And now, ways to make the game better: 1: Figurine trading. It’s a good way to solve the limited figurine issues! The players can trade to obtain the limited time figurines to actually keep up with the meta! 2: More chat restrictions. No explanation needed. 3: Copy and paste figurine lineups? Well… why not? When someone finds the most effective way to get past a level, many people just copy the lineup. Why not make it easier? 4: More interaction from players to developers. There are many problems that I haven’t been able to address. However, many other players might have some suggestions to fix said problems. If you don’t have certain collab figurines, there’s pretty much no way you can pass certain stages. Pvp is heavily collab/meta dependent. Collab figurines don’t return after their banner is over. If you didn’t get them, then there will be certain parts of the game, as well as certain team comps in pvp you will never be able to beat.

Played this game for a while starting back in 2021, ended up spending $100+ over a couple months in micro transactions and ended up getting bored so I stopped for a while. Wanted to come back and play again after some time and apparently they’ve just lost my account. I started off on Android so that may have part to do with it, but now working with support for three weeks they can’t find my account because they need me to remember the chapter I was on, level my character was, character name, ID, etc. Stuff you wouldn’t expect a normal person to remember and you’d figure they’d keep on file connected to your account. So now I’m out of $100+ and I’m pretty much just left with “sorry”. No refund, no found account, nothing. If they get their stuff together and find it I will change my review, but until then the process has been grueling and the tech support is not very helpful.

I’ve played figure fantasy for a good time now i am level 198, the game is mostly pay to win f2p players will have a difficult time most ‘event figures’ such as kuroko and Yuri are looked behind a pay wall they will intentionally give you low sweeping rewards to dangle a carrot on a stick in front of a dying horse, the game is nothing like the ads as well as most of their players are not even online mostly subbed out for bots, most of the players are predators and once asking a staff member for assistance with the harassment they were told to basically “just deal with it” since blocking someone doesn’t stop the predator from contacting the child/person, the game is great but the developers tend to let players fend for themselves and not listen to feedback. I wish there was more helpful people or the block button actually doing something.
