Did the game end?
I have been playing this game off and on for a couple years now. I recently tried playing (I’m on episode 9) and it just keeps saying internet connection lost no matter what I do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried to update. I even downloaded it on another phone (different accounts) and still says internet connection lost on both phones. What’s going on? This would be disappointing if the game just no longer works. There is a lot of my time and money invested in this game over the years. Please someone explain.

I've been playing Dragon Land for quite a while now, and it's a rather fun 3D-2.5D platformer game with a challenge to some levels. But some issues make the game itself boring and repetitive. One of them is the reliance on coins and gems to unlock later episodes, especially the higher-cost episodes, which can take ages to grind. The main issue that stands out the most is the level-up system. The player has the option to level up their dragons by playing levels or spending coins and gems. Both of these methods have their downsides. I am currently near the end of Episode 6, and the one that gives the most XP is 4-4 with at most 897 XP. Playing this with max hearts gives you 4485 XP, and playing the same stage five times with one dragon in the span of ~15 minutes combined with having to wait for your hearts to recharge if the ads are not loading gets tiring. The players' dragons cap out every five levels and the only way to level them up further is with gems. The problem is that while they become abundant at first, as the player progresses through the game, they get scarce quickly. The only way to get most gems from here on out is to do quick play or gifts. If I am doing the math correctly, there is a 25% chance of not getting gems from gifts. This means that the player has to wait four hours to get another shot. In a nutshell, the level-up system is a "pick your poison" situation where one method requires repetitive level playing and the other is faster, but it takes longer to grind coins than spending. Overall, a solid game, but these issues make the game boring in most cases.

I like the game quite a bit, but ALL the cost-free ways to earn extra gems and hearts are dead ends; no tasks, no trailers, no ways to successfully add these goodies without spending cash; c’mon guys… be a bit generous since I DO spend real $$ on this game.
