I can’t seem to be able to get the game to open up to play it anymore. I have had fun doing it and have spent a lot of money doing things on it. I am using a iPhone and it’s suppose to work on it . I’ve been playing it for probably 3 yrs now. HELP !

I started playing this game 2+ years ago. Back then, it was a great game. Interesting storyline and game mechanics. It had its flaws (all games do), but I liked it enough to be a daily player. Even spend money on the boosters occasionally, because they were worth it. The golden pass used to be a worthwhile purchase in the early days- before the DEVs cut it from 28 days to 14. Flash forward to the present. I rarely log into this game anymore. It’s just too painful to put up with what’s happened. They’ve virtually stopped progressing the main storyline to redirect focus on a never ending cycle of events and mini-games. All of them are clearly designed to get players to spend cash for the boosters (because you can’t hope to finish without them). Worse still, all the “extras” overload the app and cause it to crash. The few times I have logged in lately, I can’t get though more then 5 minutes of gameplay without it crashing on me. I wish they’d scrap most of the mini-games and refocus on the game I downloaded the app to play. Until then, I’ll probably scrap my account. Just can’t do it anymore.

There a serious lagging issues within the game at the moment. Trying to get to support to let them know is a pain. Had to navigate through multiple layers to get to where you can message them. Please make this easier.
United StatesIt’s literally a horrible game
Way too slow paced from storyline to animation to anything you do. The lowest possible rewards all across the board, even low ad rewards which pop up in front of the few rewards you get. Dragons are full even trying to merge to a new one, pay $15 to merge more than 20 dragons lol…. I feel like my resources are trying to be robbed at every single step of the way. From coins to random mini-games that require your energy for a single strand of dragon dna that you can’t merge because you have 20 dragons…. thanks? Compared to the princess one, I didn’t think it could get worse. At least the princess one is somewhat manageable for the Swagbucks offer.

As a kid/teen , I loved games like this where I could build my world but also go on quests. This reminds of smuf’s village from the mid 2010s. I have been looking for an app similar to that one for over 5 years. I understand that better rpgs like kingdom hearts existed but that required a fancy console and quiet frankly more money than I was willing to invest. This app , I love it so much. My only qualms are I wished it was more customizable and that the app didn’t crash as much. Thank you to the team for making this and I’m really curious what your favorite games were/are.
