I made a purchase and it said thank you for the purchase, gave me an achievement for making a purchase, took the money out of my account, but I did not get what I purchased. The game it self is great other than the tutorial but the not getting what I purchased ruined it for me

Played this GREAT game for over a year but it is dead. The Devs have completely given up on their game and have continuously let down the community. Artifacts get dropped without special abilities, no new events, no new modes or hero’s. The list goes on. The game is DEAD and the devs don’t care. That is all.

I’ve tried emailing the developers for 4 days with issues of the game crashing. Updating at developer request. After 5 days of repeated reporting of game crashes, I’ve heard back. And told there’s a known issue. Quicker response times would be nice. Other than that Being able to upgrade characters without requiring in game purchases to buy your way to the top would be nice. I’ve been playing for 5 years, I have all the characters unlocked, and any time I get close to upgrading to the highest level, the developers add a new level it’s near impossible to achieve completion of a character. Yep, I see a few have, and with the invention of the elusive red shards, most cannot get them.. I see you can spend thousands of your dracoins to buy them though.. So, overall, it’s a losing game. It’s too expensive to make progress (and keep it) Yeah, yeah.. you wish me well in finding another game. Funny.. I’m asked to elaborate again. Ok.. Your game should be playable without needing to spend money to compete. When it started we, the players, could earn all the points and elements in game to advance characters. Now, there are elements we cannot find in game (I’m sure you’ll say they are available in tournaments or competitions) however, they are unattainable when you can’t level up your characters. So, the only option you give is to purchase your dracoins so you can by these pieces in game. So, you’ve created a pay to play game from what was free originally. Constructively - make the game accessible without needing to buy in.
