You can always tell the integrity of someone/an organization by how easy it is to contact them. From either the bottom to the top. The purposely have no way to contact them so you forget about your complaints/issues or you give up. I am not giving up. I files a complaint to the PGCB and am after them to get my stolen property back and filing a lawsuit for the damages. They are terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The app is constantly glitching. The games get stuck, stop working, or just malfunction in some way. That’s with my app and operating system always being up to date. The bonuses are almost non-existent, and when you do get one your winnings are laughable at best, infuriating at worst. I went over 500 spins on the same game and not a single bonus. Well over 100 spins of multiple other games with the same thing result. A couple of those bonuses won nothing. While you can direct deposit your withdraws, they take awhile. Not worth it, try another casino.

So right now they have a referral bonus going on, draftkings will match your friends deposit and will credit the same amount to the person referring. I referred some friends and family and they did not match their deposit. So they contacted customer service and now we are all restricted from our accounts. We sent all the information they asked for and they still have us restricted. And this did not happen once, this is the 3rd time. And thats because the people I referred are asking about their credits. So they restrict everyone just cuz they don't want to give their part.
