How do I build bathrooms?!

I build like 3 bathrooms and paths to the bathrooms, but they still say that my visotors need bathrooms! But I build them!

New Game?

I was enjoying it, but then I clicked the fence and accidentally sold it (was trying to expand it), and my whole park was gone - dogs too. There was no undo button and no way to start a new game.
