Update: They fixed the server issues and the game seems to be running smooth. There are still a couple of bugs, but nothing that takes away from the gaming experience. Customer service is getting better and are quick to respond to me. This game is way better than its current rating. This game should be at a minimum 4 stars, but do t take my word... check it out. The game itself is actually really interesting as you can auto 99%of things if you’re busy, or if you have the time you can dive in to the story and play like a og rpg. The weapons, bikes, guards, and drones are all really cool looking. The style of the game is solid and the evolution potential is awesome.

I seem to be having the same problem as a lot of others. Dawn 3 server just disappeared, along with my paid account. I contracted support and as of now they asked me to reinstall the app. I did that and it did not work. They are looking in to it currently, so I will update rating once I get a resolution. Be weary of this game for now... once they get this server issue resolved, this game will be worth playing. The game itself is actually really interesting as you can auto 99%of things if you’re busy, or if you have the time you can dive in to the story and play like a og rpg. I started playing on the new 4th server and poof after a day server went under maintenance for a day and half and then all of sudden the server disappeared. So I lost all the progress I had made as well as the money spent to be at the top. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise this game is going nowhere

server got deleted after 48 hours of unaccounted “maintenance”. Then all the sudden all the servers got wiped, along with my purchase of month & half year card!!! How is this not a fraud? How can Apple allow this on their platform?! They literally sells monthly & half year subscription and then reset the game without notice?! Customer support on fb and email haven’t been responding, what is going on?

So I’ve been playing a couple days and was at level 130 yesterday I played for a bit and got off for the day. During that time is evidently when the problems started. Without warning the game went down for maintenance and the server I was on was evidently deleted as I lost my level 130 character. There’s no response from the devs I suggest you pass on this.
