No tutorial.
This game looks pretty fun, but there is absolutely no tutorial, and I just can’t figure it out. I am blind, and using voiceover, so that might be part of it. I would like there to be at least a kind of manual or something to get me started.
Down Right Amazing.
Not sure how this game does not have more of a following. It’s fun simple and you can play for hours. Keep up the good work.
Amazing
I was a huge fan of the original homm series and have been wishing to play it again on my iPad. Thank you. This is so accurate to the spirit of what made those games so enjoyable. The only other thing I would ask is for the map maker or a random map generator.
Great nostalgia and way to kill some time
3 classic DOS (or more likely very old MacOS) games in a wrapper. Simple idea and great execution.
Wonderful app!
Going to play a lot
Awesome game
As a totally blind player who loves RPGs, I freely admit that I became addicted to this game as soon as I understood its mechanics and the lore of the game this is based on. The VoiceOver work is excellent and continues to improve, and while at time I would have enjoyed experiencing tracks and sounds from the original game, this in no way detracted from my my enjoyment. P.S. I still haven’t managed to split units using VoiceOver; I probably just need practice.
I can't actually play this yet but very much want to
As a totally blind player, I rate this game 4 stars if only because, while I am confident the developer has done good work, I can't actually play it yet myself. I have had previous experience with other titles, and am certain he has relished the same attention to detail here as to, for instance, BC 4000. I very much look forward to the day I will be able to enjoy this as well.
