Description
A mysterious mist spreads from the Castle of N'Mar. The Empire sent an army to investigate, but it was destroyed.

You assume the role of the Envoy, secretly serving the Grimoire Council, and must assemble a small strike team to investigate what is happening, and put a stop to whatever evil is lurking in the Caste of N'Mar.

With the help of Karen, Queen of the Amazons, you'll need to recruit a team of people, united by a common goal, from all corners of Aravorn.

The game plays like a RPG with an innovative social talent system that lets you take advantage of your enemies personalities. You can bluff, intimidate, coerce and even get a cease fire during some battles. Killing all enemies is no longer the only option at your disposal.

Four bisexual romance options (Nuala the nomad, Vaeril the fallen druid, Sylrissa and Enok the nagas), one lesbian romance (Leena the amazon) and one homosexual (Jasper the pirate).

For the first time in any Winter Wolves game, you can romance more than one love interest. Of course, be ready to face any possible consequences! Another innovation is that after you choose your final love interest, you'll also get two more bonus scenes with relative pin-up CG as couple.

Absolutely Incredible

I totally love this game! I was hooked from the day I started playing it! The $12 price tag can seem like a bit much, but I guarantee it is worth it! One of the best visual novels I have ever played (and I have played quite a few) with a solid story and dynamic (and attractive) characters. I love the amount of customization you can use on your character, to a level unheard of in visual novels such as this. I like how while there is technically a time constraint, it is more of a plot device than anything, as you can do as much as you want to in a day. The ability to freely roam unlocked areas and to grind are also very nice. The romance is well executed (you actually have to get people to like you before they will get with you), which is rare in visual novels such as this. However, you are not forced into a relationship, and you have the option to just be friends. I like how everyone is not just bi, and that your character’s gender can actually change the available romances, which stays true to the NPCs characters. Also, you can romance multiple characters at once, but be prepared to face the consequences! I like that bit of reality added to it- in real lie, unlike in most visual novels, most people will not be happy if you are romancing multiple people at once! The only downside is the UI, which certainly won’t win any style awards, but actually works surprisingly smoothly and is excellently designed for touch controls. Overall an outstanding game, if you like rpgs or dating sims, or are like me, who likes rpgs with romances, you should definitely give this game a shot. (P. S. There is a visual novel mode with no combat if you don enjoy the grinding of rpgs. Really not much grinding, though, compared to other rpgs.) there is also a lot of replayability to guarantee that you get your money’s worth-you can try to get all of the achievements and you can Oman every different characters.

It’s... Fine.

I feel like it’s relying too heavily on Loren to make us care. You immediately run into two major characters from Loren, one of which makes one of the endings to Loren non-canon, and it’s so confusing to see all of these Loren characters running around, because their narrative arch’s ended. They have nothing left to say or do as characters, and so they should not be here. We should have started this new Story the day after the closing sentences of Loren, where the history writer passes away. And then have the succubus come back. But no, instead it’s set in... well who knows? It’s clearly after the final boss fight of Loren, and it’s obviously before the actual ending of Loren, but where in the timeline does this take place? Are we going to run into main character or Loren further down the Story? This was just not a good decision. It feels like the story doesn’t feel confident enough to stand on its own.
