Bad Customer Service
I enjoy this game and I’m good at. It’s also a fair auto chess game. The reason I gave 1 star is because when I contacted customer service about a bug in the game they all but said they don’t care and weren’t fixing it. It’s a bug that causes the whole game to lock up and you have to close and reopen the app mid game. It happens when you upgrade a chess piece to 3 stars. The devs and their customer service do not care about the gamers experience so I WOULD NOT invest any currency into this game that clearly is about to be abandoned.

I enjoy this game and put a good amount of hours into it, but you mainly at against computers. I would give it 3 or 4 stars but the new update has my game crashing every time I combine a three star. I'll most likely uninstall, because the only updates I've seen are nerfs and now this pretty significant bug

The latest update (1.3.1) made the graphics considerably worse (iPhone 11 pro). Game glitches out when making a 3 star unit. Fun game, but please revert whatever changes were made in the latest update. The game looks awful now. The in-game text is so pixelated it’s barely readable. The characters special abilities graphics look so much worse than before. Please fix.

I did not receive season rewards after the end of season 2. All that build up and no rewards in return. I instantly uninstalled.

This game is so fun. I play it every day with my dad. I enjoy this game so much! My favorite unit is the Dracula. 🧛🏻♂️ ITS SUPER DOOPER!

Games glitchy to say the lest. 1/3 of games mess up upon entering. Then when you log back in it won’t give you the points for the win. None of the videos work. Not to refill the store. Not for extra trophies. Also the game is a big bot. Majority of the players are bots. You’ll notice you play the same guy from game to game and his trophies wil vary anywhere from 500-1500. Game is an obvious money grab w limited work going into the game.
