Problem with the change of DP!
Hello, I am once again reaching out to Carrom Support system due to the same problem I have been facing for past one year now…. I don’t know why but for some reason carrom doesn’t allow icloud gaming center player who r using their Apple id to have access to their profile…. please please make an update for Apple users who love carrom so much … allow them to change their DP by using their iCloud gaming center account…. This is really disturbing and disappointing.. it’s so unfair that Android users have such high advance updates compared to Apple loyal gamers in carrom 😞 What’s the point of you guy’s support system if they can’t help me with a simple problem I am facing in this app😞 I really loved and appreciated carrom so much for what it was and what it meant for me but now I have lost my hopes in the support system of carrom 😞 Please fix this issue and release this update for Apple users 🙏🏻😭

I been using this game consistently for the last one year now! & ofc I am addicted to it cuz it’s a childhood thing and brings back memories time to time… However, for IOS users who has this app connected with their iCloud/gaming center .. they don’t have any sort of access to change their profile or even name within the game itself… it’s really irritating cause regardless of constant updates of the game still this glitch has not been fixed yet!!! I’ve done everything I could from my end.. Though, the problem seems to be within this app specifically… cause, all my other games that are connected with my gaming center shows my profile/name perfectly fine…. Just this app doesn’t 😞the only option it gives is change of avatars bought within the game… Nthn else… I wish their was an option to save the progress I’ve hardly worked on and put all efforts on and login with a fb acc so that I could have access to change my profile/name and still have my old stat….😞😞😞 really saddening and disappointing! Please make a new update for apple gaming-center players who has their main id connected with their iCloud…

I was playing with the computer and I won but the ending title still says the computer won! 😡😡 Plus the computer itself is a complete glitch and cheat, it literally just copies what you do. Please fix this 😑
