Why is it so hard to get past level 12 and how did it skip level 13 is no way to get past level 14 is there any reason why and can you tell me how to get to the next level after 13 which is 14?

Great game, but the ads are extremely longer than normal. Usually the ads last about 10 secs but during this game the ads are 59 secs which makes playing annoying. Also it would be better if we didn’t have to watch a 49 sec video every time we want to upgrade.

First off, the game is awesome. My only issue is not being able to get passed level 12 as others have mentioned. I have served 24 + VIP customers & paid to unlock the Zoo. But it keeps saying serve the 24 VIP customers. Can this please be fixed soon??

This is very addicting but once you get to level 12 it’s stuck. I know there’s an update in development but that’s been happening for 4 months or maybe longer. I downloaded the game on an android app thinking I’d get to start the restaurant level but I can’t. It wants me to serve 24 VIP customers but won’t tick away when I’ve watched the dumb ad. I paid for no ads on both my iPhone and my android device. We shouldn’t have to watch an ad to serve a VIP customer, especially when we’ve paid for no ads. I’ll be deleting the game unfortunately on both devices. I’m tired of waiting for an update that’s likely never going to happen.

Awesome game, but please update. I don’t want to have start over every time I want to play as it won’t let me go past level twelve. I can’t even upgrade my zoo as it requires level fourteen.
